I am amazed at how many parents allow their kid to ride an atv without a helmet.

Every weekend when I take my kid to ride his atv I am amazed at how many are riding without a helmet. I stand around with the other parents and they brag about the quality of the new parts they bought f or the kid atv. Then I look around and see the same kid riding his atv without a helmet. How stupid can people be? The trails are rough and anything can happen. Who cares how good the atv parts are if your kid dies because he is not wearing a helmet. I am trying to get the owner of the track to pass a law that each kid will need to wear a helmet when they ride the atv there.
